Tobit 13:1-2 World English Bible (WEB)

1. And Tobit wrote a prayer for rejoicing, and said, Blessed is God that lives for ever, And blessed is his kingdom.

2. For he scourges, and shows mercy: He leads down to the grave, and brings up again: And there is none that shall escape his hand.
