3. Many are saying to my soul: “There is no deliverance for him in God.” Selah
4. But You, Adonai, are a shield around me, my glory and the lifter of my head.
5. I cry out to Adonai with my voice, and He answers me from His holy mountain. Selah
6. I lie down and sleep. I awake—for Adonai sustains me.
7. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people all around who have taken their stand against me.
